Shreve fixed it, then replaced it once, but after the third crack, they wouldn't stand behind it. The manager was belligerent when I tried to return it for a reliable replacement. After my emails to the SF store went unanswered, I was desperate for a resolution to such an expensive, yet unreliable, purchase, which is why I'm here.
